    • Bankeuropa IT Outsourcing (2003-2005): Acting as the ops.manager for the ongoing project. Single point of contact for the customer. Also creating new business opportunities in coordination with the responsible Business Development Manager (BDM)
    • Amadeus Agent Automation Project (2005): Acting as the ops. and comms. manager since Feb.2005
    • Siemens ICN-EN ADSL Call Center Outsourcing Project (2004): Activation of a Helpdesk project for providing ADSL support to Siemens customers. No continous responsibility.

    • Oyak Menkul Degerler Asset Management Project (2002): Depend on the success of the Oyakbank project. Same processes used.
    • Oyakbank Asset Management Project (2001-2002): Another asset management project totally managed from ground up including documentation standards and reporting standards.
    • Sumerbank Asset Management Project (2001): Very complex asset management project for a 150+ branch national bank. Results were officially accepted by the governor agency of banking sector in Turkey (BDDK) and used for calculation of the privatization value.
    • ISTIM Desktop Management Outsourcing Project (2000-2003): Very large project. Working close with an international project team consists of Siemens and TIM Italy personnel. Responsible from activation and operations as well as managing the core technical team and support teams.
